The design of the renovated rooms embraces the essential components of Balinese philosophy, imagery and symbolism prevalently embodied throughout the design.

From the intricate carved bedheads which were hand finished by our team of talented artisans to the carved objet d’art mounted on the woven panelled wall on the lounge area. Brass mirrors and tables hand beaten by our craftspeople to create textural surfaces.  All the furniture pieces were carefully crafted to complement the hotels vernacular architecture  whilst conveying a timeless tropical aesthetic. Indonesian planation wood from sustainable sources combined with tropical veneers, specialist finishes like lacquered tobacco leaf,  gold and silver leaf accents and faux shangreen creates memorable touch points for a luxurious guest experience.
